New Cathedral for the Arctic Diocese
A service for the groundbreaking and founding of the new St. Jude’s Cathedral will take place on Sunday, June 3rd at 11:00am. Attending will be the Premier of Nunavut, the Bishop of the Diocese of the Arctic, and members of the Cathedral congregation as well as members of the congregation of St. Simon’s Church, Apex. The Greater Niagara Branch reports that on September 8th, 2007 they will be hosting The Prayer Book Society of Canada’s Ontario Branches Meeting in the Parish hall of St. Luke's, Hamilton, following a luncheon at the Royal Hamilton Yacht Club. Members and officers of PBSC branches from Southern Ontario are scheduled to attend.
